Communication

One of the biggest single issue in most businesses today is the communication process between Management or Business Owners and Staff.

It is not that they don`t communicate but how they communicate.To add to this very complex issue is the different generations in the workplace. One of the biggest concerns of many Managers and Business owners is their ability or lack of ability to communicate with their staff.

Effective communication is a learnt skilled and therefore impacts on every part of the business which ultimately impacts on the client. This skill crosses many important ares of business like meetings, conflict resolutions, appraisals, induction, recruitment, selling,training staff and the list goes on.  

Then there is peer to peer communication ,staff to management and more importantly staff to clients communication.
