Culture

Apart from different industry cultures, every individual business has it`s own culture. This can be made up of a number of factors.

1) The very first factor usually comes from the top. In this case it is the personality traits and management style of the Business Owner or Manager of the business.

2) Then there is the type of employee and their personalities that exists in that culture that expands out to the team.

3) The way business is done and the type of clientele also reflect the business.

4) Then we move onto outside factors like colour scheme, background music, presentation and image, dress codes etc. ,in particular with retail outlets.

This is just for starters. So as you can see there are many intricacies that make up an endless list of factors that create a Culture.

My background in Corporate Human Resources and a owning a small service retail business at one time has given me me a good feel in helping businesses in establishing that right fit.
